Assessments for Children and Adults

Comprehensive assessments for ADHD, autism, learning difficulties, cognitive abilities, emotional concerns and behavioural difficulties.

Our assessments are conducted by qualified psychiatrists and RCI-registered clinical psychologists. The process may include clinical interviews, validated assessment tools, developmental or academic history, and inputs from parents, family members or schools where relevant.

Clinical Assessments

Clinical assessments at Manaha Clinic are structured, clinician-led evaluations designed to support a wide range of needs—diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, second opinions, academic or workplace documentation, and longitudinal care.

All assessments are conducted using standardised, evidence-based instruments aligned with internationally recognised clinical frameworks (DSM-5 / ICD-10) and Indian medical practice guidelines. Evaluations are carried out by licensed psychiatrists, RCI registered clinical psychologists and neurologists, ensuring accuracy, clinical accountability, and appropriate documentation.

Findings are interpreted with careful differential diagnosis, recognising the frequent co-occurrence and overlap between ADHD and Autism in adults.

Not Sure Which Assessment You Need?

People often notice a difficulty before they know what the appropriate assessment is. An adult may experience persistent problems with attention, organisation or completing tasks. A parent may be concerned about a child’s learning, communication, behaviour, emotions or school performance.

A preliminary consultation helps us understand the concern and recommend whether a formal assessment is needed and, if so, which assessment would be most appropriate. Not every concern requires every available test.
